To kick off this year, I want you to know, I see you.
You lead with your heart, doing work that matters.
You’re showing up, holding space for community, shifting systems, caring deeply for people, and dreaming a new world forward—all while navigating uncertainty, grief, fatigue, and very real concerns about what this year might bring.
You are trying to take care of yourself in a world that keeps asking you for more.
You’re deeply aware of the threats to our collective humanity.
You sense that you’ll need a strong footing to take on what’s ahead, but you’re unsure how to do that while there is so much going on around you.
I see you.
I meet with leaders—visionaries, revolutionaries, educators, executives, scholars, artists—like you, every day.
That’s why I’m hosting a space for you to ground yourself through concrete, tangible practices designed to help you find clarity, regulate your nervous system, strengthen your inner core, and reconnect with your innate power.
This guided grounding session is part reflection, part somatic experience, part collective exhale. You will leave feeling steadier, more ease in your body, and more rooted in yourself for the year ahead.
You will gain access to tools used with leaders and teams doing transformative work——people who hold a lot, make meaningful change, and want to feel like a version of their best selves.
