As I look at all the boxes on the Conflict Bravery™ Zoom screen, I’m thinking:
Every single one of these boxes doesn’t just represent a person. They represent a family, a collective, a community of people who will be impacted by this work.
This Thursday, I’m wrapping up the third cohort of The Conflict Bravery™ Masterclass, and I’m really sitting with how every single person who has been a part of this experience is helping to shape a braver, more caring world.
Every cohort, every community I’ve had the pleasure of bringing Conflict Bravery to across the country is special in its own way. This cohort in particular has felt special because of the great questions they’ve brought to the space. Questions like:
How do I confront a friend who thinks we’re closer than we are?
How do I remain Conflict-Brave when communicating with someone who is conflict-avoidant?
How can my partner and I unpack the baggage of conflict we’re bringing into this relationship?
