Dear Community,

Finding ways to ground ourselves becomes more essential as things change around us.

Grounding is the art of creating boundaries between our inner world and the noise around us.

In my work, I develop grounding experiences that allow individuals, collectives, and organizations to connect with their anchors and vitality sources. While transformative, grounding requires care, time, and an intentional focus on our ways of being, knowing, and doing.

Here are two fundamental ways to ground:

1. Take Care of Yourself First

Strip away the noise. Take intentional moments to rest, pause, and be. Create space to explore who you are at your core—beyond the titles, responsibilities, and pressures. Return to the things that bring you joy: journaling, playing, or revisiting hobbies or childhood oddities.

Ask yourself: Who am I when the world gets quiet?
And know this: You are worthy simply because you are.

2. Build Your Community

Find your people — those who see you, hold space for you, and dream with you. These are your intentional community members who share your vision for the future. Your community can consist of groups of people whose wellness is tied to your own. They may include family or close friends but can also be found outside these ties. Lean on them, reach out to them, and create with them.

This message contains more grounding tools, additional resources, and events.

With love,
Altagracia 🌻
