Hey there,
I have a really exciting announcement to share: The Conflict Bravery digital course is officially live!
More and more people have been asking for support in shifting their relationship with conflict. And as Conflict Bravery continues to reach new communities, I’ve been thinking about how to make this work more accessible to people who are ready to approach conflict differently.
So I took the most important pieces of the Conflict Bravery masterclass experience and built them into a digital course that you can move through at your own pace.
Here’s what makes this course different: Most conflict courses focus on skill-building. They teach you what to say, what to do, and how to respond in the moment. That’s important, but I believe there’s more to it.
If we want to develop a more sustainable, meaningful relationship with conflict, we have to go deeper.
We have to understand our own relationship with conflict. Explore where it comes from, what gets in the way of approaching it differently, and what we’ve learned to believe about ourselves and others when conflict shows up.
And then, we have to practice.
That’s the shift this course supports: a deeper, full-body change in how we relate to conflict, so we can move with greater care, clarity, and courage. The goal isn’t simply to get better at difficult conversations. It’s to build the capacity to create meaningful change in our relationships, communities, workplaces, and the world.
What’s included?
13 video lessons, an introduction and one for each week, that take you through the core concepts and practices of Conflict Bravery.
The Twelve-Week Workbook to help you reflect, explore, and put what you’re learning into practice.
This course is for you if you tend to avoid conflict, if you want to feel more confident in difficult conversations, or if you’re committed to building healthier relationships and communities.
I’m so excited to make this work available in a new way. And I hope you’ll share it with the people in your life, your teams, and your communities who could benefit from it.
It’s time to change our relationship with conflict. Let’s practice.
The Introduction is free to watch, so you can begin today.
With love,
Altagracia 🌻
